Product Description: According to the novel coronavirus laboratory testing technical guideline (Fourth Edition) released by the National Health
Protection Committee, the laboratory should confirm that one case is positive, and the target protein of the new crown virus
ORF1ab gene in the specimen should be satisfied. The results of the real-time fluorescence RT-PCR test are positive for the target.
The new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 real time PCR Kit, based on one-step RT-PCR and Taqman technology, uses highly specific
Taqman probes and specific primers that amplify SARS-CoV-2 virus specific gene fragment ORF1ab to combine with
corresponding nucleic acid fragments. At the same time, the design of specific primers and probes as internal standards, using
VIC/HEX fluorescent group labeling, to achieve the monitoring of sampling, extraction and detection process in the conserved
region of human endogenous gene achieves closed reaction system which can effectively monitor sampling, extraction and
detection process, thus effectively monitors the occurrence of false negative. Specific probes specifically bind with a section of
DNA template in the PCR region, in PCR extended response, the exonuclease activity of Taq enzyme cuts the FAM fluorescent
base group from the probe, thus setting the fluorescent base group free in the reaction system. The base group emits fluorescent
light, which is detectable by apparatus. This achieves automatic detection of new corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) RNA in closed
reaction system. Our testing kit uses dUTP-UDG enzyme anti-pollution system to degrade pollutants and reduce the occurrence of
false negative.
