Mould release agent

Mould release agent used for mold release. In is mainly used for the mold release of dry-type transformers.

It has the following advantages: easy to use and high efficient release properties, objects being molded has excellent surface gloss, it has excellent adhesion and excellent thermal stability to the mold surface, thus the mould is basically not blocked and easy to clean.

Firstly, the mold shall be cleaned with the brush or spray gun, all covered with the suitable release agent, but it shall not be too thick, if the excessive release agent is used, it will require the appropriate treatment by a dry cloth. In case that the mold is under the initial use, the release agent shall be used for three or four times before the use.
Handling Method: After cleaning the mold, the release agent can be coated, and then it shall be put in to the oven with the constant temperature of 80 degrees ±5 for baking about 20 minutes, and then the release agent is coated again with the subsequent sealing.
