Operating principle & working process:
The powder put inside the hopper of the spiral conveyor
→When the spiral conveyor gets the signal from the packing machine for feeding product, it will start to screw up the powder to the hopper of the auger filler. There is a sensor for detecting the product volume inside the auger filler. The packing machine will send the working signal to the spiral conveyor according to the sensor detecting result.
→ the auger filler is keeping stirring the powder all the time when it is power on, at the same time, there is a servo motor to control the running of the screw inside the auger filler and connect to the VFFS. This is for dosing and controlling the weight inside the package. When the auger filler gets the signal from the packing machine, the screw will start to turn until the circle number up the pre-setting in the bagger. We also can controlling the running speed of the screw by changing the parameter too.
→After the horizontal sealing and cutting of packing machine finish working, it will give the working signal to the auger filler and it will start to work. Once the horizontal sealing structure of the machine is starting opening, then the machine will start film pulling again.
→ When the bags made out, they will be transferred out by the finished product conveyor and then to the turn table or the secondary packing."
