MagaBio plus Virus DNA\RNA Extraction and Purification Kit Ⅱ

MagaBio plus virus DNA/RNA purification kit II is specifically used to extract high purity DNA/RNA of virus from sputum, saliva, alveolar lavage fluid, nasopharyngeal swabs, cultured cells and other body fluid samples. This kit uses a unique lysate system to efficiently and rapidly release DNA or RNA from the lysate virus, and combines the late-model nanoscale magnetic beads technology to efficiently purify nucleic acids.

The kit has the characteristics of good stability, simple operation, high sensitivity etc, and the whole extraction process only need 35minutes. The purified nucleic acids can be directly used for downstream detection such as NGS, qPCR.
