Press system: press stainless steel 316L&304: Design (compression couplings, press type): press stainless steel tubes are thin-walled precision tubes.

The press fitting end is annularly shaped as “U” type groove bead with O ring sealing inside. When assembling, the pipes inserts into the fittings, then pressed by professional press tools,

to make the joint inside the “U” type groove reducing to final hexagon, resulting strong connecting strength, meanwhile achieving the sealing function by the deformation of the O ring.

The press fittings with O-ring may be used for class III piping systems: Inert gas: water seal effluent lines, scrubber effluent lines, main lines 2+5, distributions lines 5; Flammable fluids ( flash point ＞60℃)：Cargo oil lines, fuel oil lines, lubricating oil lines, hydraulic oil, thermal oil; Fresh water: cooling water system, drainage water system.
