Description
LS7270DJ series are hot vulcanized silicone rubber compounds with excellent comprehensive properties.

Characteristics
•   Good on roll processing performance, non-stick roll, easy on roll, moderate plasticity.

• Good extrusion performance, smooth extrusion. The extrusion surface is good.

• Good mechanical strength and electrical properties.

• Through ROHS certification, REACH certification, etc.

Applications
• Extrusion of electric insulation and sheathing of electric wires, etc.

• Production of high voltage cable, ship cable, rail vehicles, etc.

Usage and operation
• Open the mill for about 3-5 minutes to make the rubber roll and mix evenly.

• Add the color paste evenly (if necessary), and then add the curing agent. Roll 10 to 15 rolls to make the curing agent evenly
dispersed in the rubber, and the rubber surface becomes smooth.

• After the rubber is rolled down, it forms a sheet. Each piece is separated by a membrane.

• The curing temperature is 170 ºC - 350 ºC. The specific setting depends on the equipment, extrusion speed and cable
specification.

Safety and storage
• Store at room temperature for six months from the date of production; It is suggested that it should be used within three months.
If it is beyond three months, the mixing time should be extended appropriately.

• Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.

• It is not accessible to children.

• Please read the instructions and safety data sheet carefully before use.

Packing               •    Packed in 20kg cartons lined with plastic bags.
