Product Introduction
JKE Self Pump Powder Liquid Inline homogenizer is a high speed machine using special rotor and stator for recirculating powder and liquid mixing,dispersing,homogeneous and emulsifying applications. The mixer is uniquely engineered to incorporate even the most difficult-to-wet powders. An inline rotor–stator mixer offers elasticity, good property, and portability.Its operation is simple and convenient, it also maximizes equipment utility while simplifying material handling.
Since powder is completely mixed,dispersed,dissolved with the liquid after passing through the mixer, product output is maximized and wastage is reduced even eliminated.
The mixer is designed to mixing powders and liquid on a continuous and semi-continuous basis. The system can handle a wide range of viscosities, from low viscosity products through to viscous gels.The mixer has a strong transport ability. According to characteristic of product, the maximum concentration can up to 70%.(water 30%, powder 70%)
The advanced design of the mixer’s rotor-stator provides for an high speed shearing of powder, leading to high speed homogenous and emulsifying results completely.
1.The output data of the liquid is the medium of water, the solid phase is measured by white sugar as the medium, the viscosity of the liquid and the bulk density of the solid water content will have a great impact on the output.
2.The equipment can be customized according to customer's material, in order to meet the needs of the process. Like high viscosity , strengthen the function of homogeneous, heat sensitive materials etc.
3.Interface way can choose (hoop, thread, and flange).
4.Material of the pump body can choose SS 304, SS 316, SS316L， 2Cr13，9Cr18 etc.
5.Sealing material: Standard rubber ring is silicone rubber, according to the media requests; you can choose fluorine rubber, EPDM, PTFE
6. Frequency speed regulation, non frequency speed regulation, explosion proof design, non explosion proof design.
