TBM tube sheet anti-floating slurry AB material (referred to as AB material) is another scientific research achievement of CRESC in specialized grouting. The product is matched with related grouting technology and process control method, which can achieve better, faster and more economical grouting effect to meet the increasingly high requirements of TBM construction anti-floating tube floating, anti-settling, water leakage prevention, reducing the loss of mortar into the cutter head and the formation, and accelerating the tunneling speed. The AB material consists of two components, A and B, wherein the component A is promoted by coagulation and the component while B is activated by activity. When used, the A component is added to the premixed slurry together with the cement, and the B component is added to the premixed mortar and the AB synchronous grouting device during the grouting.
AB material Simultaneously Injecting System is a high-quality, high-performance, fully-automatic tube anti-floating grouting system developed by CRESC. for the unique use condition of TBMs, independent research and development design and complete independent intellectual property rights. The system uses precision adding instruments to control the ratio of A and B liquid to mortar for simultaneous grouting. The optimal ratio of A and B liquid to mortar can be set as required to achieve the control of the initial setting time of mortar and achieve higher solidity.
Using AB material, the shrinkage of the tube grout can be reduced from 5-10% to less than 1%, the gel time is shortened from 3-4 hours to 20-40 minutes, and the carrying time is shortened from 4-8 hours to 40- 70 minutes. The 28-day compressive strength of the tube grouting mortar is greater than 4 MPa, and the strength of the tube grouting mortar does not shrink and has good durability.
