Measuring Body Temperature
1. Put the cover on the probe of thermometer.
2. Press the Power button to power on the thermometer.
3. Press the Mode button, the thermometer enters the Body mode the "Head" symbol is displayed on the screen.
4. When measuring adults, place the switching device in the "aduft" mode. When measuring children, place the switching device in "child" mode and the symbol is displayed on the screen.
5. Point the thermometer probe to the sidesof the body, about 0" to 1" (0-3cm) away from the skin surface.
6. Press and release the Measure button for 1 second. The temperature reading will be displayed on the screen instantly.
7. If no activity is detected, the thermometer will power off automatically in 10 seconds.
