GZG、GZGB (GZGF、GZGBF) series vibrating feeder is one of the advanced feeding machines, it is widely used in the field of metal, mine, coal, building material, chemistry, electric power, and grain processing to feed and powered materials from storage, bin or hopper to the receiver evenly, continuously and at a fixed rate. Common grooves are designed for GZG、GZGB series which have no special requirements for handling materials. Enclosed grooves are designed for GZGF、GZGBF series of feeders which can be used to handle dusty or volatile materials.
Reversible braking controller can be used for inertia vibrating feeders, and it can be used to stop the feeders in a very short time. In addition, protection devices for over-current, over-voltage, phase-broken are also installed. Functions including energy-braking, quick or slow feeding, remote control, and stepless speed-adjusting can also be acquired according to customer’s requirements.
