WQW Submersible Sewage and Slurry Pump
This series of products features a casing made of HT200 cast iron. The impeller is of a semi-open cutting type, and the inlet
cover is constructed from QT600+ material. After processing, these components undergo quenching and grinding to achieve sharp,
wear-resistant cutting edges, resulting in superior cutting performance.
The entire series comes standard with NSK bearings. The mechanical seal is a high-end, custom-designed double mechanical seal,
which is not interchangeable with standard mechanical seal products on the market. The cast iron pump casing is treated with an
electrophoretic painting process, ensuring long-term rust resistance and paint durability.
