InNovaZ TRL-H Inline Disperser System

TRL-H system consists of a main body and an innovative InNovaZ turbine rotor. It is optimized through the calculation of the flow field simulation and fluid mechanics. It is mounted vertically. Through a double-wall pipe, the material and liquid are pumped from the up and down directions into the chamber for instant wetting and dispersing, thus avoiding condensation before entering the main body of the chamber.

Because the machine is suitable for processing both low- and high -viscosity suspension, it covers the complete spectrum of applications for dispersion technology, In addition, the design of the mixing zone makes it possible to process temperature-sensitive or dilatant materials.
