General Introduction
The Ice Cream Pre-Mix Equipments including Batch type and HTST type. The batch type is suitable machine for pasteurizing small and medium ice-cream productions, while the HTST type is ideal equipment for medium and large scale ice cream production. Ice cream materials are prepared via different stages including: mixing and dissolving different ingredients, pasteurization, homogenization and cooling, then transferred into aging vats.

Description of HTST Type Machine
The HTST system's main components are:
-- Stainless steel base with adjustable feet;
-- Heating system with either electric/gas or steam boilers;
-- Two mixing tanks for prepare and heating ice cream material;
-- Duplex tube filter;
-- Balance holding tank;
-- Homogenizer;
-- Plate heat exchanger in 5 sections;
-- Control panel for whole set machine;
-- Sanitary pipelines for connecting each unit above.
