It's also one of the largest bearings exporter in Chinese bearings production base --- Ningbo,China. The company trade mark "TTBC" & "HMD" (which has been recognized as a famous brand). Now it owns two factories, covers an area of 31000 Square meters,with annual production capabilty of 30 million pieces. The company production control & management is according to ISO9001& ISO14001 mode, and have strong technical force in design & develop for NON-standard bearings and Auto (Motorcycle) parts bearings. Our products are selling very well tio the global market more than 20 countries and regions. Meanwhile the company keep long terms & good cooperation relationship with some famous companyies in the world. History: In November 1988,the first piece of our company's bearings was successfully manfactured in the former - Yuyao Electric Tools Factory,which is located in ShuShan ferry of Yuyao city. In July 1993,Yuyao Kangtian Bearing Co.LTD was formally established,covers an area of 7000 square meters. In March 1995,Yuyao Kangtian Bearing Co.,LTD was listed among the first batch of manfacture enterprises with the authority of handing import & export in Yuyao. From 1995 to now,the company has been continuously awarded "Model Enterprise" by the local goverment every year. The second wholly-owned factory,Ningbo Tengtian Bearing Co.,LTD was established in March 1997,and the new plant was purchased in Yuyao Ergao Economic Development Zone,the plant covers an area of 8000 square meters. In June 1999,both of factories had passed ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certificate. Advanced technical talents were recruited from all sides in March 200.Meanwhile,the special R&D department was set up to provide a strong technical support of development of the company. The company introduced the most advanced CNC heat treatment equipment and CNC grinding equipment at that time in Septrmber 2004,further making imporvment of the quality and productivity increased at 30%. In December 2006,the annual production and marketing volume of the company broke through 35 million pieces for the first time. In December 2007, the company invited a famous software company in the country. It formed an internal ERP management network,optimized the management process and the overall operation efficiency and reduced factory operation cost,which has improved the company's management level to a higher ground. In July 2008,the company registered trademarks "HMD" was awarded as Famous brand by Ningbo Industry & Administration Bureau. In March 2009,Yuyao Kangtian Bearing Co.,Ltd was moved to the new site West Of ZZhangting Industrial Zone,Yuyao City,covers an area of 20000 square meters. Meanwhile,upgrade the existing equipment for heat-treatment process,CNC grinding and Automatic assembly line,to establish a basis for the further development. In December 2009,the company registered trademarks "HMD" was awarded as Top brand by Ningbo Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision. In January 2011, by the Zhejiang province Administration of Work safety and supervision assess,officially passed as national level 3 Safety quality standardize enterprise evaluation acceptance. In April 2012 by ningbo municipal people's government for review of green environmental protection model enterprise. In October 2013, in order to better open up the business of the Southern China area, the Southern China office was formally established. |
