To guarantee our quality and filtration efficiency, we manufacture our FFP2 mask with 5 layers filters. These filters compose by a 50G non-woven fabric on the outer surface to block larger particles, two 25G melt-blown layers to block smaller particles and odor, a high-efficiency filter layer that effective filter particles greater than 0.075 microns, and a 25G non-woven inner layer which is skin friendly, comfortable and breathable.
