Product introduction:

It can improve the thermal crack resistance and the adhesion of iron sheet.Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of graphite, it can effectively reduce the thermal stress generated by the roller during work.At the same time, the existence of free point graphite can play a damping role in preventing crack growth, so the thermal crack resistance performance is improved obviously.Graphite plays the role of natural lubricant, so the graphite steel roll has unique properties, excellent thermal crack resistance, accident impact resistance, wear resistance of semi-steel roll, minimal hardness drop.
