Instructions
1.Before opening the wrapping and putting on the respirator mask, clean your hands.Open the wrapping, take out and expand the respirator mask.Hold the front center panel of the respirator mask in the palm of your hand with the straps hanging down.Keep the foam nose clip up.Unfold the bottom and top flaps.
2.Position the respirator mask on your face covering the nose and mouth with the nosepiece facing up.Stretch the lower elastic band and bring it over your head and place it at the back of your neck below the ears.
3.Bring the top elastic band over the head and place above the ears so that the respirator mask fits comfortably on the crown of your head.Your ears should be between the upper and lower elastic bands.
4.Press the nose clip by your forefingers to seal the respirator mask against your nose bridge. Press the top of the nose clip with your forefingers and gradually move by forefingers down both sides of the nosepiece towards the outside of the respirator mask, forming the nose piece to your nose and ensuring the whole respirator mask is fitted close to the face for a tight seal.
5.Perform a USER SEAL CHECK prior to each wearing.To check the respirator mask seal, cover the front middle panel with one or two hands. Inhale and exhale quickly. Be careful not to adjust the fit of the respirator mask while holding the front middle panel. If air leaks around the nose, re-adjust the nose clip as described in Step 4. If air leaks around respirator mask edges, adjust panels and position of straps and make certain respirator mask edges fit tight against the face. If you CANNOT achieve a proper seal, DO NOT enter the contaminated area. See your supervisor.
Attentions
1.This product cannot be used in anoxic environment.
2.It is not recommended to reuse the disposable respirator mask. After using a respirator mask, dispose of it in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.Inspect respirator before each use to ensure that it is in good operating condition. Examine all the respirator parts for signs of damage including the two elastic bands, attachment points, nose foam, and nose clip. The respirator should be disposed of immediately upon observation of damaged or missing parts.
4.Respirator mask is not to be used for protection and filtration of toxic gases and steam.Replace the respirator mask immediately when the respirator mask is contaminated, damaged, aged or expired.
5.Do not use for the respiratory protection of non-oil filter particulate matters (industrial dusts such as pollen and the air pollutants, including non-volatile haze).
6.Do not directly contact with a wound.
