5. Spines
Use a spunling machine to strengthen the transverse thickened non-woven fabric one or more times. After spunlaced strengthening, the product has a certain mechanical strength.
6. Scatter the net
After the spunlace reinforcement treatment, the spunlace non-woven fabric can be dispersed for scattering treatment. In the process, high-pressure water is used to superimpose the fibers on top of each other to form a network.
7, winding, cutting, packaging
After the completion of production, the spunspunned non-woven fabric can be dispersed according to the production needs, such as winding, cutting and packaging, and the final product leaves the factory.
