Fen Chiew is the representative of fragrant liquor in China with the delicate brewing technology and time-honored history. Fen Chiew enjoys the great popularity, reputation and loyalty from both the domestic and foreign markets because of the softness and sweetness on the palate and the lingering bouquet. The process of distilling Fen Chiew can be divived into seven main steps: the pulverisation (of sorghum), soaking of the red grind, earthen cauldron steaming, extraction and adding of water, cooling and adding of yeast, and earthen cylinder fermentation.
