Why do we need to obtain explosion-proof certification？

Explosion proof certification refers to the use of equipment to determine compliance with explosion-proof standards, requiring the issuance of relevant qualification certificates through formal testing, mainly targeting Ex equipment or Ex components. Most explosion-proof products refer to explosion-proof electrical products: electrical products or components with explosion-proof functions that are used in gas or dust environments where explosions may occur and will not cause ignition in the surrounding explosive environment under specified conditions. The safety of explosion-proof equipment is closely related to safety production, so many countries implement explosion-proof certification systems for explosion-proof electrical products. explosion-proof products must obtain explosion-proof certification in order to be used in flammable and explosive hazardous areas, and explosion-proof certification is very necessary to ensure the safety of explosion-proof electrical products.

Explosion-proof certification comes in eight different forms:
1.Flameproof explosion-proof certification (d), 2.increased safety explosion-proof certification3. (e), intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification  4. (i), positive pressure explosion-proof certification (p).  5. oil-filled explosion-proof certification (o), sand-filled explosion-proof certification (g),   6.spark-free explosion-proof certification (n), 7.pouring and sealing explosion-proof certification (m). In addition, we also have special explosion-proof certification and dust explosion-proof certification.
