Maintenance

In order to ensure the best diffusing effect, please check and maintain the device every six month, or when you replace a new fragrance, or when the diffusing effect get weak as the following steps.

1.Take off the oil canister which is spent.

2.Filling industrial alcohol into the canister and clean it.

3. After clean the oil canister, refill canister with little alcohol and install it on the device then make the device stay in working status for 5-8 minutes.

4. Turn off the power when finishing cleaning.

Warranty terms

Warranty is one year upon buyer's receipt of scent diffusion machine.
*Include: Pump, PCB plate.
*Exclude: atomizer, atomizer core, seal ring, whole shell and other damages which caused by human or their wrong behavior.
*If any unfortunate quality issue within warranty period, please provide detailed information for us to evaluate the issue(some issues can be solved by remote guidance without replacement).

*If we confirmed the issue which only can be fixed by replacement, we will provide corresponding spare parts for FREE and maintain video for buyer to fix the issue. Notice: The spare parts will be shipped with your next order.

Q: Can I order sample for testing before bulk order?

A: Yes, sample is available.

Q: Can I add essential oil to this fragrance machine?

A: Yes, you can refill the bottle when essential oil runs out, and kindly note to fill some alcohol to clean it before refilling.

Q: Can I print / stick my logo on scent diffuser?

A: Yes, we can do it as required when reach up to MOQ.

Q: How can I adjust the concentration of scent ?

A: You can use touch mode to adjust the concentration of scent. Press the INTENSITY key to set the essential oil atomization gears 1/2/3/4 in sequence, and the corresponding indicator lights will light up. 1st gear is the lowest, 4th gear is the highest.

Q: What’s the material of this scent diffuser?
A: D300 scent diffuser is aluminum shell and glass essential oil bottle.
