DL400 Dry Lamination Machine is the most high-end dry lamination product of Shaanxi Beiren, which is applied to film, paper, aluminum foil etc. This DL series we have three models DL400, DL300, DL200, so it's an good alternative to different customers for different fields.

The features of DL series dry lamination machine:

1. Anilox roller trolley is suitable for conventional coating and help to fast change the anilox roller;

2. The semi-flexible gluing trolley adopts sleeve typr rubber roller, which can be quickly replaced and matched with steel roller that it's driven by independent motor,  from which achieve the aluminum foil coating.

3. Under the same peeling strength,can finish the coating of high concentration(more than 40% ) glue, the amount of glue and solvent is smaller, which save the evergy and reduce the vocs emission.

4. The rewinder adopts linear cutting structure, the cutters can achieve the upper and lower cutting function, with accurate tension controlt technology which multiple taper curves can be choosen to achieve the minimum material waste near the roll core.

5. Centralized control HMI syetem, it integrates the operation display, setting and faulty diagnosis of the whole machine and has processing menu storage function.

6. Innovative high efficient drying system, adopts 3D and 2D air nozzles to blow the material from boths side. It makes sure the minimum residual solvent under the high speed operation condition, the air nozzle can be removed, easy for cleaning.
