Create a drawing of an object or shape on the piece of cardboard.
Cut along the edges to remove the top layer of paper and reveal the corrugation within the shape or drawing; when the surface is peeled off it will print the corrugated lines.
Variety can be added by poking holes through the cardboard with a pencil or similar object.
Place a small amount of ink on the inking palette (floor tile or a piece of glass with the edges taped). Roll the ink with the brayer until it is spread evenly.
Roll the inked brayer over the corrugated card print design; ensure that you evenly ink the entire surfaces. Or have students brush paint on the print (concentrating on not getting paint into the grooves).
PLace a piece of paper over the inked surface and rub gently and evenly with the fingers until the design has been covered.
Pull the print from the slab.
Re-ink the corrugated card print for each subsequent print.
