A: Yes, we can make samples as your request,however you need pay sample fee,and we will returnd to you once you placed the order to us, this is to show the sincerity of business cooperation, it's also our company's rule.

Q : How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: Within 7 working days for our stock and 2 weeks for custom logo sample.

Q: Do you accept custom design?

A:Yes,custom design is welcome, If custom design ,please send the picture in high qualtiy AI or PDF format ,we can produce the goods as you want, before bulk production we would make sample and take photos and send you for approval.

Q:What's your payment terms?

A:30% deposit in advance.70% before shipment.

Q:What's available courier service?

A:They are DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS,SF EXPRESS.
