White Peony-Bai Mu Dan is the second finest White tea after Yin Zhen-Silver Needle. White Peony, incorporates one bud and two tiny leaves, plucked in early spring, covered with tiny silver/white fuzz on one side and touting a deep sage green color on the other side.

The reason it is called peony is that after brewing, the elegant shape of one bud with green leaves resembles a newly-open peony bud.

Since the White Peony is made from one bud with two leaves, its fragrance contains more floral aroma, but not as delicate as the Silver Needle; its taste is fuller than Silver needle, but not as delicate taste as silver needle.

Brew Guide 

1.Put the tea lealf in the tea pot
2.Water Temperature:85℃(185℉)~90℃(194℉)
3.Pour the water over tea leaves
4.bubble the tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference)
