Usage
Suitable for various communication cables, data cables, coaxial cables, RF cable, RG,JIS,DVI,HDMI ,DP etc. foaming core wire extrusion.
Characteristics
1. Adopted imported inverter+ PLC touch screen control+ professional data control software. Equipped industrial computer control and storage display. Modifying technological parameters timely and adjusting the state of production during the whole process.
2. There are double layer foam-skin cable and triple layer Skin-foam-skin cable extrusion.
3. Equipped with precise diameter and capacitance detecting feedback device, it can make the production line form a closed feedback control system which control cable insulation diameter, foaming degree and eccentricity parameters etc.
4. Optical capacitance detecting device+ automatic feedback control system. The system adjusts automatically the distance between the crosshead and water trough to control the foaming degree according to the capacitance feedback.
