Canpure's flat membrane elements are made of PTFE membrane material, which has strong anti-pollution ability, low filtration resistance and can realize gravity filtration. Canpure's CPFC series cassette membrane module adopts unique box combination method, with high filling density and large filtration area. The membrane modules can be stacked and arranged, with small footprint, simple system integration and low operating cost.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Membrane Material
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has excellent chemical stability and surface properties that do not adhere to any substance. Canpure's PTFE flat membrane, can withstand strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidant cleaning, better cleaning effect and stronger resistance to pollution.
Permanent hydrophilicity
Canpure's flat membrane elements use proprietary technology to make PTFE membranes permanently hydrophilic. Pure water throughput is greater than 1000 L/m²-hr , at 1 mH2O.
Gravity Filtration Membranes
Canpure's PTFE membranes are manufactured using a bi-directional stretching process with a porosity of over 80% and extremely low filtration resistance, with a differential pressure across the membrane of less than 0.5 mH2O at typical fluxes, a feature that makes gravity filtration (pumpless filtration) possible.
Open cassette structure
Canpure's cassette type flat membrane module adopts open structure at the top and bottom, which can effectively avoid the blockage of hair and paper-like material entanglement and sludge deposition in the wastewater.
High filling density
Canpure's cassette membrane modules adopt a unique box multi-layer combination, which obviously improves the filling density of membrane modules.
Stacked arrangement for energy efficiency
By placing the modules in multiple layers, the projection area of the MBR membrane system is greatly reduced, thus greatly reducing the operating aeration and making the membrane system less expensive to operate.
