The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test device is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of the Novel coronavirus in human samples. It provides an aid in the diagnosis of infection with 2019-nCOV
Throat Swab:
1. Unscrew the sample buffer tube and insert the swab until the liquid immersed the cotton swab head, stir 15-20 seconds, wait for 1 minute, then discard the swab and cover the cap.
2. Take the test device from the packaging bag, place it on the table.
3. Insert the dropper into the tube, invert the tube and add 3 drops of the sample mixer into the sample hole vertically.
4. Read the result after 15 minutes.
Sputum:
1. Open the swab, and insert into the container to collect sputum, stir to make sure the sputum samples are adhered to the swab.
2. Unscrew the sample buffer tube and insert the swab until the liquid immersed the cotton swab head, stir 15-20 seconds, wait for 1 minute, then discard the swab and cover the cap.
3. Take the test device from the packaging bag, place it on the table.
4. Insert the dropper into the tube, invert the tube and add 3 drops of the sample mixer into the sample hole vertically.
5. Read the result after 15 minutes.
Stool:
1. Unscrew the sampling bottle, hold the cap to pick up a little stool sample.
2. Put into the tube, tighten the cap and shake 15-20 seconds and wait for 1 minute to mix completely.
3. Take the test device from the packaging bag, place it on the table.
4. Insert the dropper into the tube, invert the tube and add 3 drops of the sample mixer into the sample hole vertically.
5. Read the result after 15 minutes.
