CNC camless spring machine CR23

MAX CR23 is a advanced CNC camless spring machine with axes up to 16. Wire size is 0.3 to 2.3mm. Each slide is individually servo controlled so there is no cam setting required, resulting in very fast product setup. Standard wire rotation feature enabling complicated products to be made. It is capable of making tension spring, torsion spring, compression spring and wire forming. Equipped with Japanese Yakaswa motion controller and servo motor/driver, it delivers superb accuracy and speed. Operating system is Window based. Easy to learn. Many different languages can be selected at a touch of a mouse. Remote internet connection is available for trouble shooting. All slides are run on linear bearing achieving high accuracy and speed. All gears are grinded to the highest industrial standard.
