Our engine endurance laboratory, motorcycle chassis laboratory,vehicle inspection line, emission analytical laboratory,salt-fog test laboratory, metallographic laboratory, CMM room, engine complete inspection room and other relative facilities all are advanced in the industry. Through the sincere cooperation with our high-quality suppliers which adopt robots for automatic production , a cooperative development platform has been built, which is aiming at achieving the win-win situation. As for engines and engine parts, we completely inspect and deeply monitor key processes and positions.

Our engines are debugged via the microcomputer rotating debugging table,which can accurately control of each process and time nodes, to ensure that each engine is fully tested. The CKD production line of motorcycle adopts automatic hanging basket technology to ensure the accurate packaging quantity of parts. Additionally, we have SKD automatic production line and packaging line.Each motorcycle from our company needs to be tested through the testing line and the strict test process to ensure the best performance, and earn user’s satisfaction.Our products are standardized, serialized, specialized, can meet all kinds of market demands. Engines are divided into 8 series, total 38 products: CG series , CGP ejection rod balance shaft series, CBF chain balance shaft series , ZH chain balance shaft series, K sinking motor balance shaft series, S sinking motor series, tricycle series and H400 series. Displacements are 125cc, 139cc, 150cc, 169cc, 180cc, 190cc, 200cc, 250cc and 400cc. The CPF balance shaft engine won the First Prize of Wuyi Cup Industrial Design by its excellent performance, energy saving and environmental protection, which has been highly appraised by the industry.
