A1: We are a factory/ manufacturer for faucets and bathroom accessories.

Q2. What’s your MOQ?

A2: Our MOQ is 50pcs in neutral packing.

Q3: How about the packing and shipping?

A3: Normally, we pack goods in neutral packing. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact us.

Q4. What kind of product certification do your factory have?

A4: ISO9001.

Q5. How about the delivery time?

A5: In general, the production lead time is about 30 to 45 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will of different production lead time.

Q6. What’s your guarantee?

A6: For bathroom accessories, we have 2 years quality guarantee. If any quality problems arise from our side, we will do replacement.

Q7: How to get a sample?

A7. Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and confirm which sample do you need.
