RCJ-ZD自动饼干输送堆叠夹心和包装生产线

RCJ-ZD是一条饼干生产线，结合了冷却输送机、饼干堆叠机、饼干夹心机和包装机等设备，还包括饼干翻转结构、金属探测器、拒绝机构等。

Ⅰ冷却输送机

在饼干离开烤箱后，冷却输送机将饼干冷却至室温。防止饼干受潮影响口感和保质期。

Ⅱ堆叠机

使饼干从平躺状态站起来，以便饼干进入填充机。堆叠机还可以使每个车道中的饼干变为正反状态。

Ⅲ饼干夹心机

RCJ-421倍增系统可以让夹心饼干从4车道变成8、12或16车道，然后再进入输送机。倍增器的作用是减慢夹心饼干的前进速度，使其可以在夹心机进入之前经过堆叠。RCJ-ZD可以与不同类型的夹心机连接，如单车道、双车道、四车道甚至六车道。
