Alloy infinite chilled roll with fine intercrystalline graphite in its working layer. The size, shape and distribution of graphite and carbide can be controlled by chilling and alloy content. Due to the addition of manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other alloy elements, the matrix structure can change from pearlite and bainite to martensite.
Product feature:
This kind of roll has better spalling resistance, thermal crack resistance and wear resistance than similar rolls.And the hardness drop of roll body working layer is very small.
