FEATURES AT A GLANCE

4 series top plate industrial casters are made of polyurethane wheel, super artificial rubber (TPR) wheel, modified nylon wheel, white nylon wheel, polyolefin wheel, iron core polyurethane wheel, aluminum core polyurethane wheel and cast iron wheel. Buyers can choose freely according to their own needs.
The maximum load of each caster can reach 540kg.

The brake can be equipped with metal tread brake, metal side brake, metal brake and nylon brake

 Characteristics of different material casters
PU casters: Whether the casters work indoors or outdoors, they can meet your requirements. 

TRP casters: They can be used in the situations that require less noise and work quietly, like working in hotels, on medical equipment, on floors, on wooden floors, on tile floors ....

Nylon casters and iron casters: The casters are suitable for the places where the ground is uneven or where there are iron scraps on the ground. 

Rubber casters: The casters are inappropriate under the condition of acid, greaseand chemicals.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Equipped with metal dust cover and anti winding cover. Keep the rotating part of the casters clean, prevent the entanglement of various fibers, and make the casters flexible for long-term use.

   6mm thickened galvanized cast steel top plate, durable, corrosion-resistant and rusty

Metal side brake. There are also optional metal pedal brakes, metal brakes and nylon brakes. The braking device can effectively prevent the rotation and steering of casters, so that your equipment can stop at any position.

1.Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2014.
 
2.Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong China. It's an hour's drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
 
3.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 20 days. It also depends on the order quantity.
 
4.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 50% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.
 
5.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.
 
6 .Q: How can your factory control the quality?
