2. Imported components are used for hydraulic units including YuKen (Japan), Rexroth(Germany) and Vickers (USA) to ensure the stability of hydraulic system.
3. Hydraulic Pump is from Vickers (USA).
4. Sealing members are from Trelleborg(Sweden)and Fluorten (Italy).
5. Posts and columns are purchased from General Taiwan.
6. Electric parts are purchased from France Schneider.

1.The injection system with unique vibration force makes the injection more powerful and greatly improves the stability of product quality. 2.The injection and booster accumulators are separated independently, and the injection is independently adjusted to ensure the stability of the injection pressure. 3.The injection adopts a four-rod structure, which is more stable and reliable. 4.The maximum air pressure injection speed is ≥8M/s, and the pressure build-up time is ≤20ms.

Low-speed section: precise control can be carried out to avoid the problem of air entrapment and gas accumulation. High speed breaking: It can reach high speed quickly, effectively controlling the filling time and casting molding effect. Pressurization section: The pressurization speed can be changed according to the process to strengthen the density of the casting without causing deformation.
